Scale of pay: Revised pay Band Rs. 15600-39100/- with Grade pay of Rs. 6600+Special pay of Rs. 1600/-
Eligibility: Officers of the status of Executive Engineers in the Engineering Departments of the Government of India or Officers holding analogous post in State Movement Offices.
