Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 grad pay Rs. 6600/-,
Age : 45 years as on 14/10/2013, age relaxation as per rules.
Application Fee :  Rs.225/- in the form of Bank DD in favor of  "ESIC Fund Account No.- 1” payable at New Delhi. SC/ST/PH/ Ex. Servicemen/ Women candidates are exempted from the fee.

How to Apply :  The duly filled Application Form in approved format along with enclosure shall also be present at the office of the concerned SSMC/ SMC at address provided in the detailed advertisement on before 14/10/2013 (Last date is 21/10/2013 for candidate from far-flung areas).
